• We ship products from Tallinn to all European countries, and have a small stocklist in London.
• We offer a FREE drop box service in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. As well as, FREE standard delivery to all EU countries (look below). The goods will be delivered by the 3rd party courier: Omniva, Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or FedEx.
• Orders are generally delivered within 10-14 days in Estonia and 14-21 days to other European countries, as we produce items to order. If the product is in stock, shipping will take half the time. If you’re interested in in-stock styles, please reach out to us at shop@kirivoo.com.
• You can choose a standard delivery or courier. If our free delivery T&C's are not met, then you need to pay for delivery. 
• After product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number from us.
• The courier company will deliver the parcel to the address stated in the order and it's not possible to change the address after your order has been shipped. Please double check if the contact information is correct to avoid misunderstandings and delay of delivery. KiRiVOO and the delivery company are not responsible for delay in delivery and misunderstandings that are caused by incorrect contact information presented by the Customer.

Every jewellery piece comes with a jewellery box made of recyclable, FSC-certified kraft paper for storage, keeping your jewellery safe and protected from light.

We ship products to you in our recyclable or protected envelopes (circular packaging by Woola in Estonia).

For communications, we're using recycled/recyclable paper and digital printing solutions that produce less waste, help to save resources and have a smaller carbon footprint overall.
