KiRiVOO stands behind the quality of our products and offer a LIFELTIME WARRANTY against manufacturing defects, valid for as long as the original customer owns the product. In such cases, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.
The LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals, or any alterations, servicing, or repairs performed by anyone other than KiRiVOO.
In addition, we provide a 1-YEAR ACCIDENTAL damage coverage as a gesture of our commitment to your satisfaction. And, after the first year, we can still help maintain your product’s appearance by offering repairs, professional silver cleaning, or gold replating for a nominal fee.
Should you experience any issues, please complete our WARRANTY & REPAIRS REQUEST FORM, and we will be happy to guide you through the process. Kindly note that you must return the item for evaluation (to the address provided by us) and the cost of returning remains your responsibility.
If your item cannot be repaired or reproduced under the warranty, we will provide a replacement product of similar style or equivalent value as we cannot guarantee it will be the exact same piece of jewellery. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the Customer’s statutory rights under applicable law.
Online orders are generally delivered within 10-14 DAYS in Estonia and 14-21 DAYS to other European countries, as we produce items to order.

Our jewellery should be maintained appropriately to ensure that looks and stays perfect. For that, please follow the instructions below:
- Jewellery should be kept absolutely dry. If your jewellery is not used frequently, keep it stored in a dust avoiding bag
- Avoid wearing any jewellery when swimming, sleeping, bathing or doing sports. Always rinse your jewellery in fresh water after swimming in the sea or sweating, then wipe it with soft cloth
- Avoid a direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfume, cosmetics, etc. which may damage the jewellery
- Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products
- Avoid exposing your jewellery to extreme temperatures (over 60℃ or 140 ℉ and under 0 ℃ or 32 ℉) and to sudden fluctuations in temperature. If the climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area
- For extremely dirty jewellery, use a soft toothbrush and if necessary, gentle soap to clean the jewellery under warm running water. Make sure you rinse well and wipe with a soft cloth to dry.

All our garments are designed for home washing, and we do not recommend chemical cleaning for our organic pieces. Please follow the care label instructions to preserve your garment’s appearance and ensure its lasting quality.
We recommend using natural laundry products that are gentle on sensitive skin and environmentally friendly. Additionally, avoid washing and tumble drying at high temperatures, as this can cause shrinkage and set stains deeper into the fabric.
REMOVING STAINS
Please note that removing stains from organic materials can be more challenging since chemicals do not interact with the natural fibres in the same way as with conventional fabrics.
For best results, Rinse stains as soon as possible with cold water. Use a cold rinse cycle or handwash as soon as possible to loosen stains and avoid setting stains permanently.
Pre-treat with a stain remover, then let it soak in. For example, use natural vinegar or a baking soda. If needed, use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the stain. If the stain remains, repeat the steps. Regular stains should come out in cold water but for very tough stains use the warmest setting safe for the fabric.
