She's holding degrees in international business administration and marketing, and has co-founded the Mothercare Baltics, achieving a successful exit in 2017. She is passionate about making a difference, she delights in shaping the world through impactful actions and positive contributions.
Kati is an entrepreneurial partner in the business, a high-end fashion model, and a social media marketer. Educated at GBSB Global Business School in Barcelona, where she gained insights into business management in the fashion and luxury sector. At KiRiVOO she helps to run day-to-day marketing and operations. Additionally, she co-founded Matcha Bear, a matcha products resale brand in Estonia.

Teele is a Tallinn-based fashion designer and undergraduate BA Fashion Design student from the Estonian Academy of Arts. She has also studied Crafts & Home Economics in Estonia and Fashion Design in the Escola Superior de Artes e Design in Portugal. Teele´s collections have been awarded and showcased at ERKI fashion show. She enjoys dancing Estonian folk dance and designing beautiful things.

Liisi is a Tallinn-based fashion designer and undergraduate BA Fashion Design student from the Estonian Academy of Arts. After finishing the studies she has been working as a freelancer and created her own fashion couture label Virtuoza. Her collection Ado was showcased at the ERKI showcase in 2016, that is a prestigious fashion project created to support talented emerging designers in Estonia.
Kristiina is a Tallinn-based fashion designer and 3rd year BA Fashion Design student in the Estonian Academy of Arts. Three of her collections have been selected for the ERKI showcase that is a prestigious fashion project created to support talented emerging designers in Estonia. Kristiina has also collaborated with other fashion brands and her designs have been worn by Estonian celebrities.
